The budget agent is handed these rates and told to use them verbatim and cite the source. A verified rate came off a real production and is binding; an unverified one is a market reference and is marked amber wherever it appears. Correcting a rate here is the single highest-value thing anyone can do in Mark.
New rate
GST is a decimal multiplier — 0.18, never 18. Leave “verified on” blank unless the number came from a real production; an unverified rate is still used, it is just marked amber and the budget line says so.
